At Wetnose, we ship all of our products with care from New York, USA. Here’s everything you need to know before your order hits the road.

Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

• We ship Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• During peak holiday seasons (like Black Friday through Christmas), processing may take up to 1–10 extra business days.
• Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer flat rate shipping of $8 on all U.S. orders.

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
• For PO boxes, Hawaii, and Alaska, we use USPS.
• Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment (excluding processing time).
• Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take additional time.

International Shipping

We’re happy to offer international shipping!

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery address.
• Carrier and delivery times may vary depending on your country.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
• Customs processing may cause delays.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected at delivery. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
