How to Use Your Store Credit

If you’ve received store credit from Wetnose, here’s how to apply it to your next order—easy and stress-free.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

• Click the account icon at the top right corner of our website
• Enter the email address you used for your original order
• You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email—enter it to log in securely
• Once you're logged in, you’ll see your order history and any available store credit

Step 2: Shop & Apply Credit

• Add the items you’d like to your cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Your store credit will either apply automatically or appear as a gift card/credit option
