Returns and Exchanges

At Wetnose, we put love and care into every handmade toy we create for your furry companions. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we’re here to help — within a few important guidelines.

What We Accept

We gladly accept returns only if:

• The item is unused and in its original clear packaging
• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
• You are not satisfied with the design upon visual inspection

All of our toys are packed in transparent packaging, allowing you to see the design without opening it.

What We Don’t Accept

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if:

• The packaging has been opened (this is considered used)
• Your cat does not engage with the toy or stops playing with it over time
• The toy has been damaged through use
